Event Management & Coordination
For the couple who is taking care of the major details themselves. You have a vision and have no problem with hiring vendors, taking charge of décor options. We call you “the go getter” but of course we want you to be stress-free to enjoy your wedding weekend.
That’s where we come in!
We step in 2 months before your wedding to start finalizing details with you from timeline creation to coordinating your ceremony + reception. We’ll call vendors to finalize arrivals, deliveries, expectations, and any next day pickups. Essentially, you become hands-off and we become hands-on.
We’ll assist with getting final payments to vendors on-site, let the caterer know of dietary restriction guests, create + disperse an event timeline to all venues and vendors, and assist with any final touches.
During your planning process we invite you to email us anytime if you have questions or need advice.
Partial Planning
For the couple who wants a cohesive design created and executed but can handle booking some vendors.
We work with so many great vendors and can find the best ones for your event. We’ll listen to your ideas, wishes, get an understanding of your style and then match up your vision and budget with a detailed design proposal. While our team handles booking the vendors to make your design come to life, you'll handle picking out your caterer, entertainment, etc. We give you a recommended vendor list to help get you started.
We will oversee that the event is set up correctly, check in with all the vendors beforehand with final details, create a final timeline, assist with rentals, caterer planning, and create a layout and seating schematic that fits your venue the best.
You can relax on your wedding weekend and know that every detail will be meaningful and taken care of. This level of service includes the event management & coordination package.
Full Service Planning
For the couple who wants a seamless planning experience and trusts our team to source all of your vendor options, logistics, and handle all of the details, even your RSVPs!
We spend an ample amount of time getting to know you and your love story through meetings and site visits. We source all vendors not just from the design perspective but for all of your needs such as a caterer, hair and makeup, dessert, etc.
From design proposals, stationary, and budget management to overseeing venue setups, getting you down the aisle and the last dance of the night, we have it all covered. We love it when clients trust our creative process and welcome you to be as involved or hands-off as you’d like.
